The Department of Human Resources is mainly responsible for managing, developing capabilities and competencies of each staff as well as coordinating human resources management programme to efficiently deliver public services at the MMDAs.

The goal of the Department of Human Resources is to help Wassa Amenfi Central District Assembly achieve its strategic mission, while ensuring that employees are engaged and motivated to help the Assembly succeed. The success of the Department will be measured by our ability to align and integrate processes with the strategic mission. We can do this by identifying issues and executing corrective measures effectively.
